Sales Arborist

Seasonal with the possibility of year round.

Salary range $25-$35/hour plus commission & based on experience. Hourly rate is affected by commission agreed upon.

At Acer Tree Co., our Sales Arborists are the connection between our clients and the health of their landscapes. In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners and property managers to evaluate trees and plant health, recommend solutions, and guide projects from start to finish.

You’ll spend your days outdoors meeting with clients, assessing properties, and helping people make informed decisions about the care and safety of their trees.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong and lasting relationships with homeowners, property managers, and community members throughout your territory.
• Visit properties to evaluate tree health, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate services.
• Prepare clear and accurate estimates for tree care, removals, pruning, and plant health care.
• Coordinate with our crews to ensure projects run smoothly and are completed safely and professionally.
• Follow up with clients to ensure they’re happy with the work and confident in their tree care plan.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Represent Acer Tree Co. at local events and help educate the community about responsible tree care and environmental stewardship.
• Maintain hands-on experience by assisting with field work when needed.

• ISA Certified Arborist
• CTSP is a plus
